Payment Options
- Pay through your banks online bill pay. Fees may apply with your banking institution.
- Pay your bill on time every month with an Auto Payment Plan. Bill will be deducted from your account on the due date each month. A $1.00 fee will be applied every month if you chose Automatic Bank Draft or Credit/Debit Card Payment will incur an additional 4% monthly fee. To sign up for this payment option, please contact TNG Utility at 281-350-0895 and one of the customer service reps will send you the Monthly Auto Payment Plan Form. You have to setup draft payments with either a check or credit card.

Pursuant to Section 182.051, Texas Utilities Code, a customer’s personal, utility usage, and billing information is confidential and may not be disclosed by [district] to third-parties unless a written request for disclosure is submitted by the customer. You may request disclosure of this information by completing the form below and returning same to [address] or [e-mail address].
H.B. 872 has recently been enacted by the State of Texas. Pursuant to Section 182.051, this new law keeps your water bill information, including shut off information completely confidential from public disclosure. If you would like to allow disclosure of your personal information, please complete the authorization form and return it to the District.
