Welcome to Harris County Improvement District 18

Harris County Improvement District No. 18 (HCID18), located at the confluence of I-45, the Hardy Toll Road and the Grand Parkway Toll Road in Spring Texas, is home to the new development, Springwoods Village. Springwoods Village is a 2,000 acre sustainable master planned community being developed by CDC Houston, a subsidiary of Coventry Development Corporation of New York, an experienced land developer.

Springwoods Village is a mixed-use urban community that is a model of sustainability and a greener way of life. The master plan includes dynamic office space and commercial campuses, a vital heath care complex, shopping and dining, and distinct residential neighborhoods. At the heart of Springwoods Village is CityPlace, a 60 acre mixed-use urban district featuring luxury residential, state-of-the-art office buildings and an appealing mix of shopping and dining.
